The total capacity of the power bank is just enough to charge an iPhone 14 Pro from 20% to 100%. However, due to heat generation from wireless charging, when using the phone while charging, the charging process may pause at around 80% to allow the device to cool down.

Regarding usability, the length of the power bank is slightly longer than my current transparent phone case. Even with the case on, the phone can still stand upright when using the power bank. However, if you use a thicker phone case, the length will match exactly.
